Ph. D. Programmes

1.  Read the eligibility criteria for the programmes before proceeding with the online application.(Click here)

2.     All fields marked as * in the form are mandatory.

3.     All information in the form must be entered correctly.

4.   Documents/Information to be kept ready before you proceed with the Online Application are as follows:

o  Academic Qualification details of SSC, HSC, Technical Diploma (if any), Degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./B.Planning/Other Graduates) - yearly, Post Graduate Degree (if any), M.Phill. (if any). Make sure that you are ready with the Year of Passing, Discipline, Marks, Percentage, Board/University and School/College details.

o   Full-time Work Experience (if any) as on 25th December 2022 in detail which includes Company Name, Date of Joining, Date of Leaving, Duration in No. of Months, Designation.

o   Scanned copies of the following documents:

·       Passport Size Photograph

·       SSC Marksheet

·       HSC Marksheet

·       Technical Diploma Marksheet (If applicable)

·       Graduation Marksheet

·       1st year marksheet (Yearwise / Semesterwise marksheets.

·        2nd year Marksheet (Yearwise / Semesterwise marksheets

·       3rd year Marksheet (Yearwise / Semesterwise marksheets

·       4th year Marksheet (Yearwise / Semesterwise marksheets

·       5th year Marksheet (Yearwise / Semesterwise marksheets (If applicable)

·       Work Experience Certificate (If applicable) (Note: In case of current working company  candidate can upload scanned copies of ‘Appointment Letter’

·       Caste Certificate (if applicable)

·       Domicile certificate

·       Please read the Document Upload Guide for detailed specifications.

5.     We strongly recommend that you do not wait until the deadline to submit your application. Server traffic around the deadline may cause technical difficulties. Timely submission of the form will enable faster processing of your application.

6.  Candidates should take printout of their completely filled application form for their reference. There is no need to send printout of application form to NICMAR University, Pune.

7.     ‘Admit Cards/Call Letters’ will be available in login account of candidates.
